Zune Music it only finds folder that has a lot of empty folders in it, but 1 folder contains 2 files one was named settings, why do i get update for a program that does not exist in my PC?

Ask a new question. in Reliability Monitor i see that Microsoft. Zune Music has gotten 2 updates, but when i open control panel i don't see program called Microsoft. Zune Music anywhere, also when i search Microsoft. The Zune name stopped being used by the marketing team, but the programmers left the name in the manifest files because it's a big undertaking to replace all those namespace as quickly as the marketing team likes to rename products :.


If you run the Music app, then press Ctrl-Shift-Escape to open task manager, you can prove this by right-clicking the Music app and choosing "properties" and see it still has the Zune name in the system properties for the file. It's specifically referring to "the music app" the one with the orange logo, I highlighted in red in my picture below. About the reliability monitor: yes if a program crashes it will lower the score. But the picture you sent says that the ZuneMusic app only received a successful update, which doesn't lower the score. That's just an "for your information" notice so you know you got a successful update.
